 As Owner and Inspector of Precision Property Inspections LLC. I understand how important a home inspection is. And as Husband and Father of three I also understand how important it is to buy a home that will keep you and your family safe for many years to come.

For some people an inspection can be a scary and intimidating process. At Precision Property Inspections LLC. we want to make this process as easy and painless as possible. I invite the buyer to join me on my inspection so I can answer any questions they may have. It is always easier to have your questions answered right there, on the spot then it is to answer them over the phone. After the inspection we will walk through the entire home and show you all of our findings. Within 24 hours you will receive an emailed Home Inspection Report with full color photos, explaining all of the findings.

Inspections are Available 7 days a week. I also feel that the buyer should not be forced to miss a day of work for their inspection, which is why my hours include week days after 4 p.m. and all day Saturdays and Sundays. At Precision Property Inspections LLC.  " I work for YOU!"

Some of my qualifications include 20 years in the construction business. The last 17 of which have been spent as a Member of Local Union 98, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I am a graduate of NIBI, National Institute of Building Inspectors, I am a member in good standing with InterNachi, International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
